Fine print
- Charge card with Pay Over Time and no preset spending limit. The live product page shows the APR as '19.74% to 28.74% variable APR on eligible charges'.
- Additional Platinum cards cost $195 each per year. Companion Platinum cards are free but get no lounge access, Global Entry credit or most other benefits.
- U.S. restrictions: Uber Cash is for U.S. rides and orders only; the Resy credit is for U.S. Resy restaurants; the lululemon credit is for U.S. stores and the website; the digital entertainment credit is for U.S. purchases; the Oura credit is for the U.S. site.
- Changes in 2026: the $100 Saks credit was removed on 2026-07-01 (it is not in the current benefit list); Lufthansa lounge access ended 2026-10-01; Uber VIP was replaced by Signature Support on 2026-05-07; the CLEAR+ credit rose from $209 to $219 on 2026-07-01; Centurion guest and layover rules tightened on 2026-07-08.
- Membership Rewards are worth 0.6 cents per point as a statement credit and 1.0 cent per point with Pay with Points for flights on Amex Travel. The card unlocks Amex's airline and hotel transfer partners.
- The 5x on flights booked directly with airlines needs no portal. The 5x on hotels needs a prepaid Amex Travel booking.
